The Limitless Living Conference (LLC)  is a multi-day event catered to multi-cultural, working women, entrepreneurs and moms, who want to achieve limitless growth within their life, career or business. The conference brings together a dynamic program, including business and cultural influencers, lifestyle experts, and best-selling authors. Our sessions will deliver fresh thinking, actionable solutions and unique opportunities for women in the areas of family, relationships, self-empowerment, business and career.

The event serves women 25-54 who relate highly to socially conscious brands and have disposable income. Our attendees are potential customers looking for unique beauty, health, fashion, fitness, financial and educational products. Due to the limited space, we are ONLY seeking vendors with product.  No food or beverage vendors will be accepted.

By becoming a vendor at LLC, you can create a strong brand connection with our attendees, speakers and panelists. With a 10x10 LLC booth, you can place your brand in front of your core consumer in a variety of ways that allow you to interact directly with local participants and spectators.

 Direct access to over 1,000 multicultural women on-site during the event.

• Promotion of your company on the official Limitless Living Conference website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

• Brand awareness through on-site activations.

Standard Exhibitor Package - $400 

Each 10’x 10’ section includes a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, 3 complimentary Limitless Living Pavilion Hall Only passes* for assistance with your booth. Listing on conference website and conference program. Internet and electricity are not included in your booth fee and must be ordered separately.  

* Pavilion Passes  DO NOT include access to meals, keynotes or breakout sessions.


Premium Exhibitor Package - $499 

Each 10’x 10’ section includes a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, 3 complimentary Limitless Living Exhibit Hall Only passes for assistance with your booth. One conference registration for vendor with access to breakfast, keynotes & breakout sessions. Listing on conference website and conference program. Internet and electricity are not included in your booth fee and must be ordered separately.

When are the exhibit hall hours?

The LLC Pavilion hours are Friday, October 20, 2017 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm and Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 10am – 5 pm. These times are subject to change.

What kinds of exhibitors do you accept?

We accept exhibitors whose product and services align with our attendees. Due to limited exhibit space, we are only accepting vendors with products & services. 

How do I become a vendor at the LLC?

Enter your application information BELOW and click HERE to pay your non-refundable application fee of $25.  All EARLY applicants will be notified immediately via email, or by August 20, 2017 if you are accepted as a Limitless Living Pavilion vendor.  Once you are accepted as a Limitless Living Pavilion vendor and payment is made, you will receive a detailed vendor information packet. Note: If your application is not approved, you will be notified via email by September 1st.
